Baby Massage/Kindermusik

Alongside supporting parents as a Doula and Breastfeeding counsellor, I also offer Baby Massage courses for non-mobile babies (birth to around 6 months) at the Kindermusik with Sarah studio based in Earley, Reading.

By completing a 6 week baby massage course, not only will you learn and practise the full massage sequence, you’ll come away with a range of skills to settle, soothe, and bond with your baby. Each week also includes an evidence-based discussion topic, focusing on parenting in those early months, and supporting your child’s development. At the end of the course, you’ll receive resources to take home to continue your baby massage journey!

I am an accredited Kindermusik Educator, and you’ll find me at the Kindermusik with Sarah studio most mornings, teaching music classes to 0-4s.

Kindermusik with Sarah offers high quality, award winning classes, with activities designed to support your child‘s development as you sing, dance, and play your way through each theme.

Classes run weekly during term times, with ad-hoc playdates available in the holidays. 

With a timetable covering 0-7s, there is no shortage of musical fun to be had, in a child-focussed environment where each child is celebrated as the unique individual they are. Focussing on the process rather than progress, Kindermusik with Sarah classes give caregivers the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recreate activities at home, furthering the benefits!
